Supply and Delivery of up to two (2) Real-time Volatile Organic Compound (VOC) Analyzers The Analyzer will be deployed by the Ministry to help identify VOC and apportion major sources of VOCs in Hamilton (industry, transportation) in support of the Ministry's Hamilton Air Action Plan and associated abatement and compliance activities. Real-time data on VOCs in Hamilton will address a significant gap in the Ministry’s current understanding of VOC sources in the Hamilton area. The data will support the review and efficacy of policies and programs designed to improve air quality in the Hamilton area
