The City of Calgary, Water Services, requires a Consultant to provide an independent review of Water Services’ employee training program to improve capacity, employee experience, and overall effectiveness in achieving employee competency and knowledge retention. This project will include an evaluation of how Water Services identifies employee learning requirements, develops training content, delivers training (in person, online and on the job), and the various forms of evaluating competency.
