AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 18, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) requires a contractor to perform work at 98 Manitoba Street in Bracebridge, Ontario. Work of this Contract comprises construction and completion of the site works associated with building demolition of the property located at 98 Manitoba Street in Bracebridge, Ontario. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: designated substances abatement; building demolition and site restoration; if encountered, excavation and off-site disposal of contaminated soil and management of contaminated water. The Contractor must perform and complete the Work by June 30, 2027 from the date of notification of acceptance of the offer. An optional site visit is scheduled on August 5, 2026 at 11:00 AM EDT at 98 Manitoba Street, Bracebridge, Ontario P1L 2B5. Interested bidders are to communicate with the Contracting Authority to confirm attendance.
