Through this RFP, the OBWB seeks to select an experienced engineering organization, to perform design and engineering services including production of a professional-engineer sealed set of 'Issued for Construction' drawings and specifications, suitable for the OBWB to use with thrid parties to construct a Modular Mussel Eradication Station. The engineering drawings, and specifications will be developed from a conceptual design that has been created by the University of British Columbia and owned by OBWB.
