The Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) is to establish a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for the supply and delivery of Oleoresin Capsicum Defensive Spray as detailed at Annex A, Statement of Work. The period for making call-ups against the Standing Offer is three (3) years from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for up to three (3) additional one (1) year periods. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish National Individual Standing Offer for the delivery of the requirement detailed in the RFSO, to the Identified Users across Canada, excluding locations within Nunavut. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement: Barring any other conditions or international sanctions, Canadian Suppliers, Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner and Suppliers of a Non-Trading Partner, are eligible for this solicitation of bids.
