Public Services Procurement Canada (PSPC) has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer (RISO) for the provision of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) services, installations, alterations, testing and repair work, as and when required, at detachments or houses located throughout the Yukon Territory for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP). The contractor will be required to perform work in both urban and remote communities. The Contractor must be qualified/certified to provide the necessary professional services to the full extent in the Yukon Territory for the Classes of Labour required. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, tools and, equipment for the complete service of HVAC systems in accordance with local, provincial and federal requirements. It is PSPC's intention to authorize one (1) standing offer for a period of 2 year with one optional year.
