Requesting proposals from qualified and experienced proponents to act as a single Design-Build Proponent responsible for the complete design, supply, installation, commissioning, and support of a nanobubbles-based water treatment system or functionally equivalent advanced gas-transfer or oxidation-based water treatment technologies for the Broxburn Raw Water Storage Facility. The Broxburn Raw Water Storage Facility is a critical component of Lethbridge County’s water infrastructure system.
