Nature of Requirements: This RFP is only for pre-qualified Suppliers against the Supply Arrangement (SA) Perimeter Security Management System and Interior Security Management System CW2440311 and CW2440314. The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal: • Bosch Building Technologies Inc. • Vipond Inc. The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement. The Correctional Service Canada requires the replacement of obsolete Electronic Security System (ESS) technologies within federal correctional institutions across Canada. The Contractor must provide the equipment, application software, process software, and associated services necessary to implement a modern Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS), Perimeter Security Management System (PSMS), and Interior Security Management System (ISMS). Objectives: To replace obsolete technologies that are well past the end of their service lives with a Perimeter Intrusion Detection System (PIDS) Integration Unit (PIU) and Facility Alarm Annunciation System (FAAS) Integration Unit (FIU) to form the core of the Command-and-Control requirements at Springhill Institution in Atlantic Region. Deliverables: The Contractor must perform all tasks and provide the deliverables included in the following milestones: • Milestone 1: Project Initiation and Site Survey • Milestone 2: Design Approval • Milestone 3: Procurement and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) • Milestone 4: Data Processing and Analytics Platform • Milestone 5: Installation and Cutover • Milestone 6: Acceptance Test Plan (ATP), Training and Closeout • Milestone 7: Holdback Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.
