The City of Kimberley is seeking proposals from qualified proponents with demonstrated experience in communications planning, strategy development, and implementation, preferably within a local government or other public-sector context.The purpose of this Request for Proposals is to engage a consultant to develop two complementary communications strategies and accompanying implementation plans:•an Internal Communications Strategy and Plan; and•an External Communications Strategy and Plan.
