Description

The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include upgrading of traffic signal equipment throughout the City.
Upgrades include, but are not limited to:
• New LED signal heads at 25 traffic signals,
• New LED safety lighting at 119 traffic signals,
• Conflict Monitor Unit (CMU) upgrades at 34 traffic signals,
• New wireless modems at 10 intersections,
• New fiber installation on:
- Ynez Road from Winchester Road to Santiago Road,
- Butterfield Stage Road from Ave Lestonnac to Wolf Store Road,
- Redhawk Parkway from Temecula Parkway to Wolf Store Road.
• Full intersection rewiring at 15 Traffic Signals.
Additive Alternates
• Removing and Replacing Pull Boxes
• Replacing Cabinets with ATC cabinets
• Full Intersection rewiring at 3 locations
