The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required by the Contract Documents to construct for the above-stated project. The general items of work include Construction work generally consists of concrete demolition, construction of a new 897 square foot gym, a new 2,217 square foot apparatus bay & shop/storage building; the buildings include all accessibility improvements, construction materials, finishes, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, and related work. Exterior improvements include a concrete parking lot, storm drainpipe, lighting, new trash enclosure, and landscape & irrigation. Prior to any construction, the soils will need to be improved with stone columns (or approved equal) per recommendations based on the soils report.
