Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 16:00, July 15 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offeror’s Conference - Canada will hold a MANDATORY Offeror’s conference at CFB Esquimalt on July 23, 2026, beginning at 13:00.
