AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 01 June 2027 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive The Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) conducts military training exercises at various locations in the United States of America (USA). The members of the CAF are fed using portable kitchens at the training location during the period of 1 June 2022 – 1 June 2027. Due to the security requirements for those locations the Suppliers often need to be accompanied into the training site or must offload the food at the entrance to the site (when not permitted to enter the site). As a result it is preferable to award the contract for all food and non-food items required to one Supplier to limit the number of deliveries and training disruptions. The Supplier must be able to provide all of the required items on an as and when required basis for the duration of the training.
