PROCUREMENT OVERVIEW

The Department of Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking to procure approximately 60 virtual Business Writing Training sessions for its employees over the next year. The objective is to enhance essential communication skills, particularly in business writing, to support the Government of Canada's initiative to transform services into more user-centric and digital formats. The training will focus on core topics such as presenting plans, developing proposals, and writing reports, while also fostering respectful and constructive relationships among stakeholders. The sessions will be conducted in both English (40 sessions) and French (20 sessions), with the same quantity projected for subsequent option years, subject to change.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
