Le MIFI souhaite avoir à sa disposition un transporteur qui dispose de fourgonnettes (12 places au moins) et de minibus (24 places au moins), pour accompagner les personnes réfugiées prises en charge par l'état (RPCE) vers l’une des villes d’accueil, du lundi au dimanche. Les villes d’accueil sont les suivantes : Drummondville, Gatineau, Granby, Joliette, Laval, Longueuil/Brossard, Montréal, Québec, Rimouski, Sherbrooke, Saint-Hyacinthe, Saint‑Jérôme, Trois-Rivières et Victoriaville.
