This solicitation is linked to W8476-206276. The Tactical Power System (TPS) is a portable power generating system. It is to provide the Canadian Armed Forces Army with operationally reliable and safe electric power systems. Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) – Upcoming Qualification Stage The Defence Investment Agency (DIA) advises potential suppliers that it intends to introduce an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) phase as part of the procurement process for this requirement. The ITQ process is intended to assess and validate the capability of interested suppliers to meet specified mandatory qualification requirements before proceeding to subsequent phases of the procurement. At this time, Canada is providing advance notice of its intention to conduct an ITQ. Detailed instructions regarding the ITQ process, qualification requirements, and any associated conditions will be provided at a later date through formal solicitation documentation or amendment(s).
