Description

Summary: To maintain compliance with the National Building Code of Canada, the Alberta Fire Code, and internal fire safety requirements, NRCan intends to replace ten (10) 60-minute wooden fire doors with new 60-minute steel fire-rated doors with rated vision panels (windows) that comply with the National Building Code (NBC) and National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at Northern Forestry Centre on December 4, 2025 beginning at 10:00 am MST, at 5320-122 Street Edmonton, Alberta. Communication with CONTRACTING AUTHORITY. Offerors must communicate with the CONTRACTING AUTHORITY no later than December 3, 2025 at 10:00 am MST to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Offerors must sign an attendance sheet. Offerors should confirm in their offer that they have attended the mandatory site visit. Canada will declare non-compliant offers from any Offerors who do not attend the mandatory site visit.
