Dictation and Transcription Software

The Ministry is seeking a qualified vendor to supply and deliver dictation and transcription software with the ability to customize and configure for the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Civilian Data Entry (CDE) Unit’s needs, which includes training, maintenance and support. The OPP requires dictation and transcription software to efficiently capture voice dictations from multiple remote locations, and be able to store, and secure the dictations at a central location within OPP and allow authorized, secure access to transcribers for transcriptions. As the information contained in the dictations and the records management system are highly sensitive, security of information from the source to storage of transcription in transit is imperative.
