- The Canadian Armed Forces have identified a requirement for Request for Proposal 1 x Project Coordinator For Canadian Joint Warfare Centre (CJWC) Ops, and we are inviting you to provide quotes. 2. If you intend to bid: a. Complete and sign the Cover Page, Bid Solicitation Cover Page and return to this email address; b. Read the requirements noted in the Statement of Work (SOW), Annex A - RFP c. Sign and return the Annex B, Basis of Payment. d. Fill out information for CSP in Paragraph 6.2 of SME(WG) - RFP TSPS e. Fill out 7.1(a) with Vendor name. f. Fill out fixed per hour rate in Annex B j. Fill out Annex D, Non disclosure agreement. k. Fill out all appendixes and attachments. l.
