The Communications, Parliamentary Affairs and Public Affairs Branch of the CBSA requires a communications consultant to further its efforts in drug smuggling deterrence. The Contractor will develop a marketing strategy that will enable the Communications, Parliamentary Affairs and Public Affairs Branch to execute a targeted, deterrence focused approach that will correct public misconceptions about drug smuggling, and inform on the serious penalties and legal consequences of drug smuggling.
