Lamont County invites qualified demolition contractors to submit a lump-sum quotation for the demolition, removal, disposal, excavation, backfilling, and site restoration of the existing hotel and associated site improvements at the above-noted location. The successful contractor shall provide all labour, supervision, equipment, trucking, materials, permits, disposal fees, and incidental services necessary to complete the work in accordance with this RFQ and all applicable legislation, codes, bylaws, and site requirements.
