AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2027-01-14 by 2:00 P.M. EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 P.M. EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for a Contractor to provide the facilities, instructors and equipment to conduct training exercises for up to 14 soldiers in Canada. The training will be focused on the use of various transportation types ranging from person-borne equipment such as skis, to motorized equipment such as snowmobiles and motorcycles, in mountainous and austere terrain during all weather conditions. Some of the exercises will include firing weapons while on the Contractor’s facilities. This Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) has two streams. One stream for Indigenous Business Offerors and another for non Indigenous Business Offerors.
