Electronic bids will be received at the office of the Purchasing Manager of the City of Fresno, all in accordance with the plans and/or specifications, for compost, mulch, renewable energy, and/or electricity.
Compost or mulch:
Deliver F.O.B. DESTINATION, FREIGHT PREPAID AND ALLOWED at designated locations for the City of Fresno to help meet the Annual Recovered Organic Waste Product Procurement Target, which requires compliance with criteria specified in 14 CCR Section 18993.1 and Section 18993.2.
Renewable energy or electricity:
Deliver renewable energy to the degree that it is appropriate and available or electricity to the degree that it is available and practicable for the City of Fresno to help meet the Annual Recovered Organic Waste Product Procurement Target, which requires compliance with criteria specified in 14 CCR Section 18993.1 and Section 18993.2.
