All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by July 21, 2026 at 02:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 02:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Canada is seeking offers from Offerors to provide services for the collection, removal and disposal of all refuse and recycle material, excluding metal, at CFB Borden, Ontario to Department of National Defence. There will be a Mandatory Site Visit on Tuesday July 7, 2026 at 1pm in Borden, Ontario.
